Ready-to-wear pieces are made to standardised sizing, XS to XL, and ship from stock. Made-to-order and altered-to-specification pieces are also available for select styles; production timelines are confirmed with the atelier at the time of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team.

Your online order is insured by Gaurav Gupta during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require signature by the receiver on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Pieces bought on shop.gauravguptastudio.com are not returnable as standard. Exceptions, process and Credit Note terms are set out in full on the Returns page, see below. Pieces bought through a third-party stockist are not eligible.

Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled. The full payment is treated as a cancellation fee and is not refunded.
