OUR COURTESY SHIPPING IS EXTENDED ON ALL ORDERS
The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery timelines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
We also offer a 'Ship to Store' facility to customers within India. To pick up your order from one of our boutiques, email us after placing your order at enquiries@gauravguptastudio.com
For store pick up you will need to carry a valid ID (driving licence, passport, etc.) for identity and billing address verification.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS, call or email to advise that delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges will apply for redelivery.
